This network encompasses 28 incubators and is managed by the Support Center for Enterprise Establishment (CSCE), under the Agency for the Promotion of Industry and Innovation (API). The incubators are set into the Higher Institute of Technological Studies (ISET), the National Engineering Schools of Tunis and Sfax, universities (the National Institute of Applied Science and Technology (INSAT), Tunisia Polytechnic School (EPT)) and Technopoles (El Ghazala, Borj Cedria, Sousse and Sfax).
Besides customized coaching services (assessment of project ideas and business plan development), incubators offer accounting expertise, financial and international services, as well as spin-offs (industrial sponsoring).
