This study is based on a youth survey in Beni Mellal, a city in central Morocco. Entrepreneurial culture consists of raising awareness about business creation. Young people who follow post-baccalaureate education studies are potential entrepreneurs. The contents of the taught curriculum and the support that can be secured for them in the subject will give birth to business leaders. This would reduce the unemployment rates and contribute to economic and social development. The youth’s intention of starting a business is unlikely to only depend on the training and support systems followed. The youth's perceptions of the business environment can also have an influence on whether or not they embark on a creative project.

Indeed, the study carried out on a sample of 363 young people showed that indeed, business creation is explained by the desire to earn a lot of money and to acquire an autonomy in decision-making. On the other hand, competition from large companies, red tape and financing difficulties remain the main constraints that hinder the process of business creation among the youth.
