Established in 1996, CTAA is a technical body targeting professionals in the agri-food industry. It seeks to develop and promote food industries, by offering training and upgrading courses within and between companies (in the fields of technologies, quality, food safety, production management, national and international regulations, labelling, microbiological, physicochemical and sensory analysis techniques, etc.), and supporting businesses during the phase of setting training plans.

It also offers counseling and technical assistance services to companies to elaborate their development programs and to improve their competitiveness, so as to face the various regulatory, commercial, environmental and technological challenges raised in the local and external markets.
